1. Business Hours
Our Head Office is open from 9.00am to 6.00pm (UK time) Monday to Saturday. Sunday 10am to 4pm

2. How to Order

You may place your order by INTERNET (secure), Phone, Fax, Post or e-Mail. Orders can be accepted at our showroom.

3. How we Despatch

Most orders will be despatched by a reputable shipping company. We offer excellent delivery times including 24 hour, 48 hour and next day timed deliveries. Local deliveries will be despatched by our own delivery service. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Revs Leeds Ltd shall be under no liability for any costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for the delivery of goods.

4. Method of Payment

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards. Payment can also be made by personal Cheque, Bank Draft, Bank Transfer or Postal Order. Payment by personal cheque will require a cheque guarantee number and expiry date otherwise they will be held for up to 10 working days awaiting clearance through the normal banking procedure. Please make payable to Revs Leeds Ltd.

5. Prices and VAT
All advertised prices include the current UK rate of VAT (15%). All prices are subject to change without prior notice. If prices are incorrect we will notify you before despatch.

6. Back Orders
We carry good stocks of all advertised products. However, should an item be temporarily out of stock and not available for despatch within 5 to 7 days, you will be notified as soon as possible. Special Orders will be confirmed with an expected delivery date.

7. Warranties

All parts are covered by the Manufacturers Warranties and/or Guarantees. Goods returned under warranty must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and will be dealt with as a matter of extreme urgency. Where necessary goods will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection and report.

Revs Leeds Ltd can assume no responsibility for misuse or incorrect application by the user.  Revs Leeds Ltd will not accept responsibility for carriage costs incurred in returning goods or for any fitting costs involved in warranty items.

8. Images
Some images shown on the site may not be the image for your specific vehicle, but more a generic image for illustration purposes only. Parts cannot be returned because of the image not matching.

9. Typographical Errors
In the event of an incorrect price listed on revsonline.com due to typographical error, revsonline.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price at any time.

10. Discontinued Products

Because many catalogues are changing all the time, we may have overlooked a product that maybe discontinued. If you order a product and it has been discontinued or not available we will inform you as soon as we can. You will be refunded for any discontinued or unavailable item. Subsequently, they will be removed.

11. Returns
All goods are sold subject to the manufacturer's Conditions of Sale and Guarantee. Goods specially ordered cannot be returned for credit or refund. Any cancellation on such orders will incur a 30 percent handling charge. The property in the goods does not pass until payment has been received in full. No return of used product. All returns must be authorised by Revs Leeds Ltd. Credit less all shipping costs that are incurred.

12. Wheels and Tyres
Credit less all freight, dismantling and cleaning charges plus 30 percent handling charge, tyres must not be driven on. Wheels and tyres that have been fitted are non-returnable. Please note, all wheels and tyres left on our premises will be disposed of within 7 days. Polished wheels and chrome wheels have no guarantee / warranty due to British road and weather conditions. Please also note that although we tighten the nuts to the correct torque, the nuts may need re-tightening after 20 miles or so of driving. If for any reason there is a problem with the wheels, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that a backup set of wheels is available due to manufacturer’s directives. Do not use pressure washers or abrasive wheel cleaners containing abrasive or acidic properties for wheel cleaning, any warranties will be voided.

13. Sat Nav and Audio
Any returns are subject to manufacturers terms and conditions.

14. Faulty Goods
All goods are subject to manufacturers terms and conditions.

15. Damaged Merchandise
All goods are inspected prior to shipment. Claims for goods must be made immediately.

16. Shipping Prices - UK Mainland
Up to 1 kg is £4.99
From 1 up to 5 kg is £7.99
From 5 up to 25 kg is £11.99
From 25 up to 40 kg is £24.99

We will always endeavour to deliver your order to you within 3 working days from time of dispatch. This is provided the goods are in stock at the time of the order unless a longer delivery period is clearly stated on the specific product page or we telephoned or emailed you advising you of a delay.

We do not pay for return carriage for any items whatsoever unless they were damaged or faulty at the time of delivery. We do not refund carriage charges whatsoever unless the item was faulty or damaged at the time of delivery.

FAQS and Five Top Tips
1. Don’t book the car in for a job until your parts arrive.
2. Use a reputable garage, we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by poor workmanship etc.
3. Where possible, check new parts against old.
4. Where possible, check the delivery in front of the courier.
5. Please check when modifying that the manufacturers warranty will not be infringed.

The courier tried to deliver but I was not in
The delivery driver will leave a card saying that he has made a delivery attempt.

Overdue delivery
We do ask you allow up to 3 working days for courier deliveries. If your goods still have not appeared after that time please e-mail us at enquiries@revsonline.com

I have received the wrong part
If something is not right about the goods that you have received please email us at enquiries@revsonline.comor telephone us to let us know. All goods are sold to the manufacturer's Conditions of Sale and Guarantee. Goods specially ordered cannot be returned for credit. We reserve the right to make a handling charge on goods returned against orders correctly executed.

Track & Trace
After placing an order online, you will receive a confirmation email. Following this your order will be set to processing and then delivered once it has been despatched. After you receive the delivered notification via e-mail, you can telephone us for a consignment number if you like.

Only received part of your order?
If at the time of your order we only have some of your items in stock, you may receive your parts at different times. This is not anything to worry about, it just means that some parts are being sent direct from the manufacturer to shorten the delivery time. If you do not receive your missing parts within the next couple of days please e-mail us at: enquiries@revsonline.com

I have not received an invoice
Sometimes if a product is being sent direct from the manufacturers, an invoice will not be included in the parcel. You should receive an invoice by mail a few days later. If you do not receive an invoice please email: enquiries@revsonline.com so we can arrange a copy.

Help my goods have arrived damaged

Very occasionally goods get damaged in transit. We always inspect the products before we pack them but after they leave our hands accidents do happen. Please sign the delivery docket with the driver 'damaged' if the outer packaging looks damaged in any way. We then ask you to inspect goods upon receipt and notify us of any damage within 24 working hours by calling us on 0113 249 2701or sending us an e-mail at enquiries@revsonline.com

If the goods have been damaged in transit and are faulty then we reserve the right to replace the product. We will of course arrange a collection for the damaged parts and arrange replacements ASAP. Please keep all packaging and do not try to fit the damaged parts.
